I stepped onto the mat at the young age of 16 in sunny South Beach, Florida. After walking into my first yoga class, I left feeling fully alive. By 2006, I began practicing various styles of yoga including Power, Jivamukti, Yin, and Vinyasa but I found that the Ashtanga Mysore method resonates with me most and have committed to that tradition as my personal practice.


In 2010, I joined a 50-hour Kids Yoga training and shortly after, a 200-hour Power Yoga teacher training at Green Monkey, Miami. I made her first trip of many to come to Mysore, India in 2012 to study at the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute with R. Sharath Jois. I’m also certified in Prenatal Yoga, Vedic Thai Yoga Massage, Qigong, and to work with teens at risk or in crisis. I continue to study and fuel my passion with senior teachers in workshops and conferences. 


I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify your core mind, body and spirit challenges, so that you can overcome them with confidence. Only then, will you be able to fully embrace who you are and start living a happier and healthier life.


I believe that the practice itself is my greatest teacher. Yoga has inspired me to share it’s benefits with the whole community, regardless of age, weight, body type, skill level, injury, etc. Everybody is different and every body can benefit from yoga.
